We understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as expected. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for your peace of mind.

Return Process: If you wish to return any unopened and unused items, please do so within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. To initiate the return process, simply follow these steps:

1. Email us at hello@sbtrct.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Once we receive your returned package, we'll process the refund.
   

Love It or Your Money Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with a product, please let us know within 30 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund for the product's cost. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline: Your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 14 days (often sooner) from the day we receive your returned package.
